匯報(bào)對象：高級供應(yīng)鏈經(jīng)理 Reporting to: Senior Supply Chain Manager

崗位職責(zé)Responsibilities and Tasks:
• 協(xié)助發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的制定
To assist in developing strategic planning, for great supply provide advice and information supplying decision support;
1) 負(fù)責(zé)組織年度供應(yīng)計(jì)劃編制；
Responsible for organizing the yearly supply plan.
2) 收集相關(guān)行業(yè)組織供需技術(shù)性信息，市場供給信息，研究國家相關(guān)行業(yè)政策，并作出趨勢分析；
Collect related industry organization supply technical information, market supply information, national related industry policies, and take a trend analysis.
3) 定期向相關(guān)部門或者公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)提供準(zhǔn)確的信息，并向公司提供決策性信息。
Regular, accurate to provide relevant information to the related departments and superiors of the company. To provide the major decision information as support for the company.
• 負(fù)責(zé)公司供給計(jì)劃的執(zhí)行；
Responsible for the implementation of the company supply plan;
1) 根據(jù)公司的年度供給計(jì)劃，簽訂合作協(xié)議，安排相關(guān)供給物品。
According to company''s annual supply plan, responsible for signing cooperation agreements. Then organize products supply.
2) 負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商資格審核。
Be responsible for the supplier qualification authentication.
• 建立和完善公司供應(yīng)鏈管理系統(tǒng)；
Set up and perfect company supply management system;
1) 根據(jù)戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展規(guī)劃，制定供應(yīng)管理計(jì)劃；
According to the development strategy planning, organizing company supply management plan.
2) 負(fù)責(zé)建立管理系統(tǒng)；
Responsible for setting up a management system;
3) 負(fù)責(zé)組織和完善供給管理；
Responsible for organizing and perfect the system of supply management.
4) 開展建立供應(yīng)商評估標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、授權(quán)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以及供應(yīng)商服務(wù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
Organize and set up the supplier evaluation standard, authentication standard and suppliers vendors service standards.
• 負(fù)責(zé)供應(yīng)商管理；
Be responsible for the supplier management;
1) 組織新舊供應(yīng)商的資格授權(quán)以及綜合能力評估；
Organization of the old and new supplier qualification authentication and comprehensive ability.
2) 組建供應(yīng)商庫存管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；
Organize supplier inventory management standards;
3) 組織并參與供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量控制過程；
Organize to take part in supplier quality control process;
4) 組織建立供給管理文件以及改進(jìn)方案。
Organize and establish supply management files, supply management improvement scheme.
• 負(fù)責(zé)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)，推進(jìn)下屬人事合理部署、培訓(xùn)以及評估等工作；
Responsible for employee team construction, and puts forward the subordinate personnel deployment, training, evaluation opinions.;

任職要求Required Qualifications:
1. 電氣工程或機(jī)械工程專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷；
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering;
2. 5到10年國內(nèi)外金屬零件以及電子部件采購經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
5-10 years experience in purchasing metal parts or electrical parts from domestic or overseas suppliers;
3. 具備一定的管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，并有良好的人際交往和匯報(bào)能力
Department or sub-ordinate management experience with good inter-personal skills and management reporting experience;
4. 熟悉合同條款術(shù)語，如歐洲工程工業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)S2000，國際商貿(mào)術(shù)語，中國貿(mào)易法，供應(yīng)商審計(jì)，以及ISO9001質(zhì)量管理工具；
Familiar with contract terms like orgalime S 2000 /INCOTERMS 2000/China trade laws, supplier audits, and ISO 9001 quality management tools;
5. ERP系統(tǒng)、物流、貿(mào)易、MBA或者成本會(huì)計(jì)的教育或培訓(xùn)；
Additional education or certificates in ERP system, logistics and trading, MBA or cost accountant;
6. 風(fēng)電行業(yè)同職位工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)或者發(fā)展迅速小規(guī)模公司工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先；
Prior experience in similar position in wind turbine industry or prior experience with a small but fast growing company;
7. 熟悉江蘇和華南人文地理，并愿意在北海工作。
Familiar with Jiangsu and south china geopraphy/culture and willing to work in beihai;
